We're seeking a Project Manager for the new Dallas office. In this role, you'll oversee project lifecycles, ensuring client satisfaction, technical excellence, and financial success. With your leadership, our teams will deliver outstanding designs that harmonize with their surroundings and enrich communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison, advocating for their needs while aligning with company standards
- Manage project finances, billing, and collections efficiently
- Lead internal teams and coordinate with external partners
- Provide technical expertise and ensure project quality meets expectations
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Drive profitability and meet deadlines
- Mentor team members for their professional growth
- Contribute to business development and client engagement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Architectural license required
- Environmental accreditation preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience across various architectural sectors
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Knowledgeable about building codes and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
